Thanks for your response. Also, if you could provide your valuable input about the staff welfare policy for employees who claim for Saturday working and late sitting for official work. In our organization, we do provide to-and-fro traveling allowance for Saturday and a one-way travel allowance for late sitting. Additionally, for Saturday, lunch is provided by the company. However, my concern is that employees claiming for lunch have no fixed bar and order very lavishly for lunch. Can you please suggest whether we can set a limit and what that limit should be?
