Dear Seniors,
Nowadays, as we all know, all companies issue computer-generated payslips or wage slips. We are a contracting company employing a large workforce. We have been issuing computer-generated wage slips with a note stating that since it is computer-generated, signatures are not required. However, objections have been raised by the auditors of the Principal Employers to whom we deploy our manpower regarding this matter.
Are there any exemptions for companies deploying such a large workforce to issue computer-generated slips without the signatures of the issuing authority? Kindly shed some light on any possible alternatives.
Thanks & Regards, J. Subramanian
