I have to preapre Attrition Analysis for my company and has to compare our attrition rate to averate rate of attrition in IT industry. Please let me know where can I find the Attrition trends in the Software Industry?

Attrition Analysys you can abstract from your MIS report
like Recruitment Analysys.
Calculation:
(number of employee left*100)/(number of employee jion+employee left+employee endof the month+total number of empyoyee from starting)
