Two UAN - Transfer EPF And EPS From 1st UAN To 2nd UAN?

Dear All,
Has prepared KYC details in Excel sheet in a prescribed format and followed all the prescribed procedures. But not succeeded when I uploaded into portal. Can you please suggest some remedy. I am thankful, if I get format in excel sheet.

we have appx 70 emplyees, which we transferred to our another unit, unfortunately pf department allotted to all new uan number for the month of december 2016;
problem is that previous uan number and KYC has acitivated, but on new UAn number KYC not acitivated because all member's aadhar already mapped on prv uan. i have 3-4 time visited RPFC but not resolve that matter, neither we linked both uan nor we update new uan.
can anybody have any solution this above problem.
