Researching on the effect of implementing HR Analytics on employee's intention to leave

If you wanted to identify the intention behind separation of employee, before focusing on implementation of HR analytics, do the below.
1. Take attrition data of last 5 years, segregate department wise, team wise.
2. I hope you have exit interview data , from that compile the reasons of leaving.
3. Identify the reasons of leaving (ex. company policies, manager/team leader/ no challenging work/ Compensation/culture/inclusiveness/lack of vision) as many as from your company perspective vs out side market
4. This research is definitely helpful to any organization, but you need to research more towards people analytics.

I have one query Regarding CL
If any employee joined 11 dec-2019 and take one leave in during December months. can i give CL for this employee or not. so what is the rule of CL as per Uttar pradesh.
