Dear Moushmi,
I think your company is in badly need of one of these for the growth.
Let me tell you
Actaully both terms are entirely different.
The role sales executive is to make sales more and get the porfit.
example, if your company has got more stoke and if you want to sell it for with in span of time you can go for a sales executives. So it is purely sale oriented.
If your company want to Market a product and get more number or volume of sales you can go for a marketing executive. So this is purely profit oriented portfolio.
Before recuiting for the post do some anaysis and go ahead cos normally big companies used to appoint marketing executies with salee experience.
I think i have explained you in a simple term.
Thanks and regards
