Hi,
The CV is definitely a lengthy one, the candidate could as well give a brief or just mention the heading alone like HRM, Recruitment & Selection, etc., rather than explaining each of them in detail. All this he would have to explain during a personal interview. A short and crisp CV is what everyone will look for as everyone is running short of time.
I may not consider it to be a complete fake CV as some of the candidates tend to show as if they have handled multiple tasks in a short period. But I do agree with the location mismatch. His hobbies can be mentioned in a more refined manner

Does not seem realistic. The person seems to be handling all functions related to HR which is not possible in a small duration.also it is too lengthy

Dear Peer,

This Resume belongs to whomsoever, he/ she has not mentioned the the % or grade of his marks, not given the details of his employment.

It's very confusing to understand the profile.

Thanks

Rashmi
