I am new to the forum as have entered after couple of years, however I heard a lot about it, hence starting with a query to look forward for your views.
Is any one of you managing your employees on ROI basis. Or any of you have any valid or reliable process , which can help managing employees based on ROI ( Return on Investment ).

Let us get spelling right It is Balanced Score Card and not Balance Score Card If the moderator can correct the spelling it will be great Sivasankaran

Balanced Score Card: is a process to convert Strategy into Action.Strategy is a hypothesis on cause /effect. It is Basically a Four Quadrant Approach focussing on 1. Financial Perspective 2. Business process perspective 3. Renewal,learning,growth perspective 4. Customer perspective . Other additional parameters Project /Society
While filling the KRA -SMART approach to be followed
S- Specific
M-Measurable
A-Attainable
R-Realistic/Relevant
T- Time Bound

Dear Sir,
Thanks a lot for the Balance Score Card. It is very useful for me.I have a question for you as follows.
1. Our Organization's Registered Office is at Delhi
2. PF No. is also at Delhi
3. ESI No. is also at Delhi
4. We effected Revision of Minimum Wages according to Delhi Minimum Wages Revision last time dated 1.2.09
5. Our Organization Place of Operation is Gurgaon, Haryana under Punjab Shop & Commercial Establishment Act 1948
6. Haryana has also revised its Minimum Wage dtd 25.7.09 which we didn't effect as i thought we are under Delhi Minimum Wage Act
7. As Delhi Minimum Wage is revised again when i proposed for change in salary of employees below Minimum Wages the management is refusing to accept by citing that our organization is covered under Haryana Minimum Wage Act.
Hence please advise what to do? Whether i will tell management to ask for legal opnion or effect the change?
