1. filling of ROC
2. STPI/SEZ
3. Import Export Code (IEC) Code
4. Local Acts eg. Service Tax if applicable, Sale Tax etc.,
5. Professional Tax
6. PF
7. ESI
8. Labour Dept. License (shops and establishements)
9. Other related acts
Gratuity
The Minimum Wages Act
The Maternity Benefit Act
The Payment Of Bonus Act
The Payment Of Wages Act

Hey Gops
Do u want to register ur operations here under Companies Act? That will attract a whole lot form fillings and further complying to the rules n regulations of Companies Act, 1956..( Registration under this act will give u status of the pvt/public co)..If this is the case plz write to me.
If u only want to register ur branch, thats much easier. U just hve to register under Tamilnadu Shop & Establishment Act. Plz contact the Channai Municipal Corporation for the same.

our firm is doing trading business in Mumbai, firm is registered in Mumbai
VAT / CST numbers are there,
we wnated to start New branch office in rajasthan please TELL me what is the procedure to OPEN New BRANCH.
- Should we apply for fresh registration in Rajasthan under shop act
-Need to apply fresh registration for VAT/CST? VAT/ CST Remain same or changed ? what is procedure.
