Role: HR Operations, Recruitments, etc.
MBA with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
5. Manager / Sr. Manager - HR (Plant)
Plant HR & ER role
Location: Chandigarh / Mohali
Company: A very large healthcare company.
MBA (HR) with 7-12 years of strong plant HR experience.
Will be responsible for end to end Personnel, HR, IR activities at plant level
Resonsible for maintaining excellent work environment for 700-800 people working in the plant
Will be responsible for statutory obligations, employee welfare, time office, etc.
Will be responsible for sourcing and hiring for the plant
Other activities would include PMS, T&D, etc.
Good communication skills
Should have experience working in the Punjab region and understand local language, culture and should be able to relate to local mindset
6. Vice President - Compensation & Benefits

MBA (HR) with 12-15 years of relevant experience. Must have been instrumental in C&B benchmarking in the past organisations.
