hi, can any one tell me the legal impact of such bonds for freshers. can a fresher resign and join another company inspite of the bond being there and if so what the company can do against him?
For all who is interested in bond........Please note down that......The Bonded Labor is out of date.........frnds......one can not enforce anyone to sign bond...........It is a matter of independence of a person.........and if u challenge a person who has signed the bond then ur org. should have to prove why have ur org. has taken a bond.........
Instead of Bond.........Use.......Declaration cum Undertaking........where the new employee writes all these things which we want in bond. The main benefit of it is that......any employee can not challenge it as it is signed by that employee it self and it should be on appropriate stamp paper........ Suppose here in my state the stamp duty for Declaration cum Undertaking is Rs. 100/- ......and one more thing if possible make it Notarized........then no one even think to breach the Declaration.......And HR's purpose will be solved...........
