Hi ALL!!!

I'm working as an HR Executive in an IT company at Pune. I have done my BCS [Bachelor of Computer science] in 2004 and after that MBA HR in 2006. I have vast 2 years of exp into HR [Recruitment and core HR].
I wish to take my career ahead into core HR in a good corporate. For this reason as well for upgrading my skills, I wish to study further from distance learning or e-learning.
I have enquired alot about some courses in Symbiosis and XLRI. Symbiosis offers 2 yrs PGDHRM and a corporate program of 18 months. For both these courses I do not wish to avail.
I have also enquired about SAP HR. It is very costly and cannot afford it. [I came to know that this course is useful only if it is from Siemens!]
Can you all please help me in finding out good reputable courses max of 1 year, which will enhance my career profile as well my knowledge.
Pls treat this on an urgent basis as admissions are open in many institues now! Dont want to wait for next year!
Thanks & Regards,
Miss. Kunal

Dear Kunal,
After Having a Masters in HR (MBA HR) it doesn't makes sense to go for any PGDHRM as you are already a master in it.
Other Courses,
MPP Master of Public policy
MPA Master of Public Administration
MSW Master of Social Works
Or a Ph.D

Hi Miss. Kunal,
Well i ain't too sure, whether its very well known in the corporate sector. But its a good institute which provides suitable courses at affordable rates.
Found the below article through this following link:
India list of IITs, IIMs, Universities, Colleges : 2graduate
All India Institute of Management Studies (AIIMAS)
All India Institute of Management Studies (AIIMAS), is an independent educational institute conducting distance education programme, having a national network with whole-hearted and continuous support of eminent Industrialists, Management Professionals and Industrial Relations/HRD Experts.

hi,
As per my views, I dont think any small courses after MBA will make a difference. Only if you do Ph.D or learn new Technology like SAP (of course from Siemens), it will add value. After MBA more of experience and knowledge will count unless the course really introspect and bring out something (latent talent) from you.
This is totally my views...
