Please find below the functions /Tasks which ADMIN EXECUTIVE responsible for.


Front office executive,Supervisor will report to Directly.


Coordinating Incoming and outgoing calls.



Arranging boques on daily basis for birthdays and Organizing birthday events every month.


Arranging Room reservation and Cab's if require for Sr.Vice president, Vice president,Asst,Vice president,Manager,Asst.Manager and Employee's.


Assigning Employee Code to new Joinee and taking Induction (explaining them about leave and Attendance policy)



Calling Bank executive for opening new joinee Account (Debit card) fro salary.


Updating Attendance,leaves (full day and Half day ) and keeping a track or Record of leave and attendance



Sending weekly attendance sheet to all employee's, Resolving there issues in attendance if arises.


Keep check on Vendor like (House keeping,Electrician,Plumber ,Groceries and stationary personnel and Coordinate with there supervisor for any issues.



Premises and its belongings should be checked everyday



Ordering Groceries and stationary accordingly

Vendor Management (Coordinating the all Vendor for the smooth operation)



Keeping Check list for all vendor's (Week Check list and monthly audit check list)


Furnishing Logistics requirement like Groceries and stationary of employee)



Arranging Business Cards requisitions

Best wishes for your new job. Admin role is the most important pillar for an organisation.

Here are some of the major roles/responsibilities admin job comes with:

1. Travel Desk: Be a travel advisor/manager for all employees going on business trips. Capturing the itineraries like air travel, bus/train travel, hotel & taxi bookings and even where to eat. Maintaining a record for all the expenses incurred and update company account records.

2. Payroll & Accounting Services: Based on company to company, Admin roles are also required to take care of Payroll & Accounting responsibilities as well. Like - capturing IT declarations from employees, doing tax calculations and getting reports of PT, PF, ESI. TDS etc. And at last generating payslips. Accounting talks about keeping records of vendor payments, company expense bills, as well as payment receivables in your company.

3. Staff Maintenance: Office staff usually includes people like security, housekeeping, canteen etc. Managing their day to day activities and leaves of these staff members comes under Admin role.

4. Arranging any material for company requirement: Right from arranging stuffs for a new office, to stationery, toiletries and other office related furniture items. Admin professional needs to take care of all these requirements.

5. Recruitment Outsourcing: It may come as a partial role for Admin professional. With co-ordination with Recruitment/HR team Admin people can do all the arrangement whenever there is recruitment drive going on.

I just want to know that the activity which is mention by Mr. Fastcollab is done by Admin person then what are the work should be done by HR person in the company. Because in my company my position is HR Exe. and i doing all these activity in my company which is mention by MR. Fastcollab. So, please gave me answer.
