Please have a detailed understanding of the Factories Act, ESI Act, Employees Provident Fund Act etc. To start with please refer a PPt on "Important Labour and Dactory Legislations in India' which is available in this forum itself. Build up your study based on it. For clarifications post the same in the suitable forum. Your this thread may also be moved to related forum. You can collect more information accordingly.
