I first read the book, One Minute Manger, and attended a seminaar in 1988. BUt the information does not grow old and is very relevant today. I was delighted to reminded about it again on this site.

Hi all,
This is a really good reference book on people management.
I was given this book as a Xmas present by my Operations manager when I was just a senior agent and I have been practising the One Minute Manager since then and all the way up to my current role as a Call Centre Manager of 120seats. It really works and most importantly show your staff that you are human too.
Always encourage and celebrate success in order to motivate and get the best out of your people.
