Whatever you have heard is very true.
ACCORDING TO FACTORIES ACT 1948 sEC-50 TO SEC-56, it is written that
1)No adult worker shall be required or allowed to work in a factory for more than forty-eight hours in any week.
2)Subject to the provisions of section 51, not adult worker shall be required or allowed to work in a factory for more than nine hours in any day.
3)The periods of work of an adult worker in a factory shall be so arranged that inclusive of his intervals for rest under section 55, they shall not spread over more than ten and a half hours in any day.
4)The periods of work of an adult worker in a factory shall be so arranged that inclusive of his intervals for rest under section 55, they shall not spread over more than ten and a half hours in any day.

1) What is literary difference between a Developer and Manager?
2) Does he share his incentive with the subordinates?
3)Does he will sacrifice his promotion for unforced error of his subordinate considering" Human is Error ".
4) 24 hours a day. 8 hours sleeping, 10 hours office, 2 hours for to and fro journey to office and only 4 hours for what?.Thank God our children are still listening to us.
5)Suppose a MNC having office in Germany, USA and India. What is the difference in behavior of a Manger towards his subordinates above country wise. Will they have the guts to ask a developer or a subordinates of Germany and USA to stay in office as per demand of situation throughout the week, month or year. Madhu you feel very proud and I feel very ashamed.
