But many of us at my college ....told me that HR is not good either for major or minor
coz..there are no job opportunities...

Hi,
First i would like you suggest you to choose an option which you like most. from ur mail i got that u like Finance most. So go for that as Major and choose HR as minor. For any interview it doesnt matter whether it is a minor or major its only ur knowledge matters

Hi shailug,
do not take HR as minor but marketing. reason being taking HR in minor would not help u get into HR field as this field requires vast knowledge which u can not acquire by taking it as minor. your first choice is finance is pretty fine & taking marketing as minor would help u a lot. both the options would be opened for you. if not finance u can get into marketing. but in previous case it was not possible to get in hr(if HR -minor). I have seen people who are into finance started their career from marketing so in that way also it will help u out. see financial or we can say banking sector is always booming sector & this combination would take u right way. hope u agree wid my point....

Hi Shailug,
Think about what would you like to do in the future. Going for HR when you have a closer connection to finance might be a mistake. The job market will continue to change so you shouldn't focus on how things are now in order to pick a career path, or at least I wouldn't do it that way.
Consider the pros and cons of each choice, give it a lot of thought and make an educated decision. Good luck!
