I am Rohit, and I am doing my Summer Internship with one of the Automobile manufacturing companies in the country.
I have been urgently asked to find out the various Selection Procedures for Campus Recruitments (both for graduate engineers & MBA's). Its basically a benchmarking kind of report... wherein i need to find out what are the different Selection tools various companies use.
I have been asked to take a sample size of 15 with 3 each in the following sectors:-
1. FMCG
2. IT
3. Manufacturing & Automobile
4. Consulting
5. Banking & Finance
Please let me know of the various practices of the companies in this sector.
