I am interning with a MNC and working with their learning and Development depratment. I am looking for a questionnaire by which I can determine the gaps between the ideal training cycle and the one that actually takes place within a company. Slms, when looking at a correct training approach, one should always have a mind on the end, at the what we want from the training. also looking at the audience. Should you have a younger crowd, more interraction is good. Hope this helps.
