Dear All:
I've recently appointed an Assistant Trainer for me. She comes with 6 months of experience in Accent and Language Training. However, I find that she has to work on many areas like personal grooming, presenting herself as a trainer, punctuality being the main concern, etc. She would be under probabtion for the next 2 months.
May I have the following questions replied:
1. I myself would like to conduct a Train The Trainer program for her. Could anyone suggest
as to what should be the contents of such a program.
2. How should I go about evaluating an Asistant Trainer?
3. She happens to be a white liar. How do I handle this?
4. Any guidelines to coach or mentor an Assistant Trainer ?
