Dear All:
One of our Client Relationship Managers happend to mail a suggestion to dine together since it had been a long time that all the Managers actually met out of their busy schedules.
However, his subject line was CRM's Meet and it was mailed to the HR Mngr, Training Mngr & the VP of the company. I am not trying to doubt his intentions, however, I felt offended by this mail. I've always observed that they've always been intimidating so. I feel I should let this manager know about his mail. I am not sure what exactly or how I should put this across to him.
I'd highly appreciate if someone could guide or suggest on this issue.
Your responses are most awaited.
Thanks.
Regards,
KVE

Hi, I think you should have an open discussion instead of putting anything in writing. Oral communication in such matters is more prefreable than putting something in writing. Regards Renu
Hi Renu:
Thanks for your immediate & timely response. I higly appreciate it.
I perfectly agree to what you mentioned. It should be oral but my dilemma is how should I put it across orally.
Please guide.
Thanks again.
Regards,
KVE
