This is in reference to your posting, I am just Giving you some information on this.
For calculation Of Leave Payment i.e. Leave encashment, Use this formula which is very Helpful.
Basic+DA/30 * No. of days to be encashed.
Remember, From 12 march Onwards No PF Deduction on leave encashment according to the Judgement Of Honble Supreme Court.
Procedure for maintaining Leave Ledger:-
1- Not more than 3 continuos leave can be given in CL account they have to deduct from El accounts.
