Hi,
can any body suggest me how i inform all of my internal staffs for giving some personal and professional references for our urgent job requirements.
Please guide me how i can write a letter for the same because requirement is very urgent and i want to fulfill that from internal references.

Hi Ankita,
The best way to do that is to send a mass email to all your employees with the details of the Job requirement.
Also, if it is acceptable within you organization, you can post the same requirement as internal job posting. If any existing employee qualifies for the same and gets a no objection letter from current manager, can apply for the post.
And just to get a positive and quality response you can announce a referral bonus or gift, which an employee can claim once the person joins the organization and spends 1-3 months (depending upon the feasibility) with the organization.
