Dear sir,
I received show cause notice from Factory Inspector in regarding to contravention of Section 6 (1) (d) of the factories act,1948 read with rule 4(1) of the puducherry factories rules, 1964 manufacturing process (e.e. machinery spares components, automobile spare components) is being carried on in the factory without availd licence under the factories act, 1948 which is in force for the time being.
Kindly help me out and send me the reply letter format.
