Employer Branding:

Definition: Employment branding has been defined as the company¡¯s image as seen through the eyes of its associates and potential hires.

When an initiative to form an employer brand is taken then potential employees perceive your organization as a preferred employer.

Employer branding plays a very important role in every business. It¡¯s the employers¡¯ brand that carries more weight than the job profile.

We believe that when an effort is made to make an employer brand then you don¡¯t need to convince the candidates that you are the right employer .

We also believe that employer branding matters a lot, as in this field where the companies have great competition with one another to offer the best to the deserving candidates in this case employer branding has the priority sometimes even surpassing critical factors such as compensation and job role.

Nowadays companies have started sending students of previous batches as brand ambassadors to talk about the attractions and facilities that these companies offer like salary, growth, opportunity etc.

Another reason why employees look for big brands is not only because of their current status but also for reasons of future employability. The brand never fades throughout ones career.
