Hi friends,
Does anybody has any Training Need Analysis From,
In case we don not have KRA's / job description, competency gaps etc, how does then one find out the Training Needs.
Any matter on this

Hi Sangi,
One of the simplest method of doing TNA without KRA's, Competency gaps is by conducting Interviews with the Heads of each division and requesting them to mention their training requirements pertaining to their respective team.
But if you have too many division's , then you can send them a common mail and get the requirement's.
Later collate all the training needs , prioritize them based on most repeatedly mentioned training program, prepare the training calendar and circulate via mail.
You can request Divisional Heads to specify Training Topics , Level / Grade of employees, No. of participants, Expected Training Dates .
For quick responses, forward them a list of training programs (including behavioral, functional, technical training's) which can be scheduled in your organization.
