I just started wid an IT firm. im posted as recruiter to take care of recruitment process wid little guidance. I found your attachement very beneficial.
I would b more thankful, If you could guide me more how to recruit IT professionals (mostly freshers) more effectively in gauging their skills and their attitudes and on what aspects i need to concentrate while taking their interview.
