Dear Christo!Minimum wages fixes Revised for the 2 durations (1) April to Sept and (2)Oct. to March.Now, Minimum wages fixes as per three major factors;eg.Electronics industry (1).Unskilled-Salary and Spl.Allowence Rs.59.50+50.40=109.90(2) Semiskilled-61.60+50.40=112.00(3) Skilled- 63.70+50.40=114.10About Security;1).Unskilled-Salary and Spl.Allowence Rs.93.00+18.80=111.80(2) Semiskilled-95.00+18.80=113.80(3) Skilled- 97.00+18.80=115.80Supervisor for security 4000.00+150=4150.00From Oct.2008, Minimum Wages will be again revised by the Director of Labour Office, Udhyog Bhavan, Sector-11.Gandhinagar
