- How to deal with stress ¡V dealing with situational stress, dealing with body stress, dealing with mind stress.

u can even include various personality types. for example, type A and type B personalities. Type A people are more prone to stress than Type B.
Ur program can be enhanced by including the above and also the participants can be in a position to identify themselves.
