DEAR SWARALI,
KINDLY CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING
1. HAVE YOU DEDUCTED HIS PF AND SHOWN IN HIS PAY SLIP ?
2. HAVE YOU OPENED HIS PF ACCOUNT NUMBER ? WITH EPFO
3. BASIC PAY PAID TO THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE
4. DATE OF JOINING & LAST ATTENDANCE
5. PRESENTLY THE EX EMPLOYEE STATUS AT HOME / WORKING WITH OTHER CO / LOOKING FOR A JOB ETC
I WILL TRY TO CLEAR YOUR DOUBT.
REGARDS
JOSEPH
If you have deducted PF amt from his salaries paid during his employment with you, then he is very much eligible.
any body please tell me about pf of a employee, i did like 12 % of employee and 8 % from employeer is it correct.
Hi,
Once he/she is joined as a exper employee to your concern, and he continuing his previous PF account, then you should return pf money to him/her, once you deduct pf from his/her salary then also you return money.
Thanks
