Dear ladies... i address this to the ladies because its a serious concern here in the organization. this is a hotel we have locker rooms for changing and wash rooms. here the ladies do not know how to upkeep the place. they paint the walls with kajal liners and lips stick. the washrooms are really really badthey do not know how to dispose off things... me as a trainer and the executive housekeeper have educated them on the issues but then after a couple of days its back to square one. putting them on papers and sticking is of no use because we find them to write filth on the sheets pasted. kindly give me your ideas to stop this nonsense. thanks & regards seema

Hi iam working as a hr in a software company.i hava a problem in my office we have almost 200 employees working in the companyand we have ladies and gents.someone is keeping gifts at the place of one lady employee from the past 1 week she didnot bring to our notice because initaially she took casually and later she doesnot want that to become an issue but as it is repeatedly happening she brought it to my notice .what shall i do now shall i tell this to the management because we have cc cameras in our office where the manager can see the person and solve the problem or should i not say this to management. seniors please help me to solve this problem with your experience.

Hello seniors today first time i have faced this issue. it is related with the misbehavior of one male employee with one ladies.also some ladies complaints about teasing & commenting of male employees. now how should i find out the person ? & how can i take the action ? plz suggest any provision by which no one will dare to do such things. & also share your experience related to such kind of matter. thaks sanika.
