Dear senior greetings for the day recently i joined in a construction based firm from hyderabad. it is incorporated and functioning since 13 years.but the strange thing is that there is no statutory things implemented here ie pf esi it means what ever the salary negotiates with new joinees that would be their takehome for all levels without any deductions. if i want to implement all the above mentioned stuff as a hr person will it be possible now or will it leads to any statutory complications. kindly suggest. awaiting for your valuable suggestions thanks & regards rakesh
How to arrive at gross & net salary/take home salary?
Hi seniors my query is regarding gross salary and net salary. well am totally confused on this. according to me gross salary is the monthly salary of an employee without any statutory deductionspf esi it pt etc and gross minus statutory deductions net salary. whereas ctc is gross salary perksother benifits given to an employee on annual basis. please state whether i am correct or not? however somebody told me ctc minus pf gross and gross minus esi net. please clerify my doubts. thanks

Hi all i have a query regarding the statutory deductions. we are deducting pf esi pt from the employee salary according to their respective percentages. in this case if an employee attended his duties for one day he is getting less than zero as net take home what will be the process in this case shall employee should bear these amount? please give me your valuable suggestions. regards vijay
