Develop a set of customer defined Service Level Agreements designed to deliver customer recognised satisfaction.
Ensure integrity of HR data is maintained providing an accurate informational platform for the company.
Develop an environment of continuous improvement where all HR processes & procedures are continually reviewed in line with our terms of business.
Develop an Audit strategy in respect of HR data, implement and deliver in line with Global requirement
Ensure that all customer's reporting requirements are delivered in line with global e-HR guidelines and that commonality is sought across the Business Units
Establish and manage a forum ' focus group ' bringing together representative form the customer base in an environment of continuous improvement.
Compliance with annual audit reviews including rectification plan and implementation schedules.
Provide support in the delivery of an SAP ( PA ) platform in line with global requirements
Provide support where required to the operation manager in delivering a benchmark service to business units.
Ensure that the HR workforce are equipped with the necessary skill and resources to deliver a benchmark service in line with agreed SLA's
Ensure that the HR operates in line with Corporate HR guidelines.
Deliver to all customers an agreed set of reporting requirements to quality and cost
Agree with all Business Unit's a standard set of KPI's to be used as a benchmark measurement tool in all service related reviews.
Regularly monitor service content and delivery in line with e-HR global initiatives
Ensure that all e-HR global initiatives are made available in divisions.
