Hello,

With lots of hard work I have prepared the HR Policy & Procedures for my compnay (IT) having employee strength of 50+ ...wherein i have described all the process (steps) which shall be carried out by employees during their tenure with org related to HR activities.

Now my boss asking me to implement the HR policy, he gave me an idea that HR Policy can be implemented thru different forms....(for all the activities of HR i have already designed the forms which he aware off) I am getting confused & completely blank.....

Kindly help me out.
