R/ sir, madam
i am anuj singh and i recently join one hospital as a hr executive , this hospital is new that is why there is not any PF and ESCI scheme. my boss is saying u have to start this function in this organization . please guide me from where i will take first step , from where i should start i am nill aobut this , how could i get pf form , even i went in pf office they did not reply my properly they are procasting me . i am very much puzzle other side my boss is pressurizing me . Please help me wait for ur valuable reply.

hi frind,Dnt get panicy.. you can go to PF office and get registraiton form there you need to have basic documetns requried they are as company MOA/CO registration certificate/list of board of directors/AOA etc along with the details of employment and no of employees. with this PF office will verify and visit your premisess and can issue separate CODE NO for PF.

Anuj First you start to get the licenses. In a hospital there are lot of compliances. Then PF, ESI and others. But I think getting License will set the ball in motion. saikat

Don't get disturbed. These are the basics. Even I would suggest you to go for Labour law consultants. They will charge you on the basis of one time registration and annual fees. So initially you can go for registration under the applicable acts and after that you can take over the charge. Try to learn as much as you can from those consultant.

Both ESI & PF authorities have stopped manual registration. You have to get the registration online. The threshold limit for ESI coverage is 10 or more employees whereas for PF the limit is 20 or more employees. In case of PF even if you have less than 20 employees you may apply for coverage.
All employees drawing upto Rs.21,000/- (Gross Salary) will come under the net of ESI and in case of PF all employees drawing salary upto Rs.15,000/- (Basic + DA) will come under the net of PF.

Being a Hospital you should also comply with the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 apart from compliance other applicable labour laws.
