I am Working as a HR in an Animation company.As new to this comapny,i would like to implemet something new.For ex;here at the end of the day when they leave i want them to enter into an excel sheet adout their day's work.something related to this.
Also i need some software for intranet facilities.if you are using,do forward it to me

This is a printed formate and date is printed on the top of it and format is like below :
