Dear,
One of our staff members have undergone MTP (Medical Termination of Pregnancy.She is not under ESIC . So under Maternity Rule what she is eligible for.She is with us from last one year.She has one child.
She took only three days of leaves and her medical expenses became around 4000/-. She was hospitalised only for half day.
Under Maternity rule what should company pay her.Please guide me.

You may go through any labour law book which will be helpful to understand the thing.
Note: Even unmarried pregnant woman is entitled to get benefit as per Act.

Well... like other states UP, Andhra etc... has maharashtra too had accepted the act for domestic women employees like factories and plantations?
