Please tell me what are the various ways of identifying High Potential Employees through PMS other than the Bell Curve method. Are there any structured and objective way followed by companies to do this?

Yes there is a Talent Survey through which this can be achieved. This is taken from a data of well performed employees also taking into account their previous ratings. This evaluation is done puely on the feedbcak of their Bosses and a forum on certian attributes.

If this talent survey program is absolutely on the basis of feedback fetched from bosses, what measures this program has to prevent biasness in the feedback.
I would like to know more about this program as the above will be useful in my organization.
