I want to give Power of attorney To my uncle at my native place.
Should he also sign da document at da time of Registration , as da receipient at da Registrar Office at Chennai ?

It is not necessary that the power of attorney should also be signed by the agent/attorney, here in this case is your uncle. Since you are giving power of attorney to uncle only you should sign. Not necessary for your uncle to sign.
