Hello professionals : i want help about writing a regret/rejection letter to interviewer. i attended an interview last week and was selected for unattractive package. i really like the company bank and there is growth but after i let them know my expected salary they still made offer letter with lesser salary same as what i earn now. i want to write them thank you / regret letter and let them know that i decline. please help me if there is a standard format or simple letter to inform them i decline. thanks twixcy

Hi all i am new to this forum working as hr executive in a software company. i sent a regret letter to a candidate to whom we interviewed. he was technically very sound but he got rejected because he wasn t a good team player. how should i communicate the reason of his rejection to him? please let me know
