Thanks for your positing.little correction in your exl. Disability Dependent is not u/s 80 G. Rather Expenses on the medical treatment of a dependent who is a person with a disability is implicable u/s 80DD.
and 80 G is applicable when donations given to certain funds and charitable institutions
