Terms of association :

1. The professional charges towards the recruitment services shall be as follows:

A) For candidates with 0 to 5 years experiene 8.33% of the per annum salary of the candidate

B) For candidates with 5 to 8 years experience: 10.20% of the per annum salary of the candidate

C) For candidates with over 8 years experience: 12% of the per annum salary of the candidate

With regard to contract staff, it can be decided on a case to case basis

(All the above service charges are negotiable)

2. The above services charges shall be payable after 30 days from the date of joining of the candidate.

3. If the candidate referred by us quits the organisation within 3 months, we will do the replacement without any service charges .
