Hi Any advice can be given only if we know more about you age? qualification?Salary range? This will be enough to start with Siva
Thank you Mr.Siva for the reply The details are- I have 20 years experience. Age 42 yrs. CTC at present is 6 lakhs per anum. Hope now u can give a god suggestion thanks seetaram
Hi
Yes But you did not mention your qualification
35 to 45 is the most productive years in a career You also will find it difficult to switch opver beyond 45
Let me assume certain things
1. Assume you are a Science graduate and started your career in Sales, you may not get a big openings as VP or Business Head or CEO
2. Assume you are an MBA from normal institue you might get some openings
However, many Sales people make a mistake in this age and dont settle down atleast in two three jobs. It takes nearly 5 years and therafter they find it difficult to get a solid openings. Many jobs become monotonous at this age
Laern to overcome this. Learn to delegate. Learn to train more people. Spend time on extracuricular activities. Attend more training programmes either offically or on your own.
I do not advise you to leave the job now. If you can overcome this monotony in the next one year, you are through for your retired life.
Just try
Siva
