I need to review the HR policies n procedures of a manufacturing company n frame a new module for the same.the exisiting strcuture is not well defined n thus the company is suffering tremendously.kindly furbish necessary details that may help me formulating the new policies n also guidelines as to how can we implement it in such an environment.
