Thank Debashish!
I hope that others especially those whom used to involve in setting up HR strategy for their organizations would share the ideas and experience in this area.
Well, I am still confused and do not know how would I start. My boss asks me to write up a proposal for HR strategy to be submitted to him and executive board. I assume that i would need to be in consultation with different levels of managers within organization to get ideas of the areas needed to be covered in the HR strategy. However, I am still wondering if there is any other way to do? Do anyone here have any sample of written practical HR strategy that can be shared?
My organization currently has only 25 staff (half are expatriates) and the number of staff will soar up to 80 at the end of this year...
Btw, I 'd share with you some steps for HR strategy that I read from a website... though it is difficult to me to follow in practice.
