Casual Leave is not mandatory.Only Earned Leave ie PL is mandatory.
If the the Management decided, they can give otherwise not mandatory.

there we are providing 12 casual leave n 6 sick leave yearlly.
now suppose my X employee is not well, and he will be on leave for 8 days , so, it would be count under 6 sick leave n his remaining leaves will be deducting from his salary. please suggest
