Hi, I work in an FMCG company in Rajasthan, Jodhpur and have been asked to design leave policies for factory workers and Office staff.
Kindly let me know if Casual Leave is mandatory for both these Categories of staff. Will appreciate an early response.

Casual Leave is not mandatory.Only Earned Leave ie PL is mandatory.
If the the Management decided, they can give otherwise not mandatory.

I am working in an IT COMPANY .
there we are providing 12 casual leave n 6 sick leave yearlly.
now suppose my X employee is not well, and he will be on leave for 8 days , so, it would be count under 6 sick leave n his remaining leaves will be deducting from his salary. please suggest
