u hav to measure the competencies requird for the gvn job position or ny positiion for dat matter. lk measuring "breadth of awareness" as one of the competencies, u hav to chk whthr an individual is aware n well informed of his surroundings n hav skills to relate it to the current topic of discussion.
so , this is how u can measure various skills of individuals. u can mk a matrix also wid all the required competencies on one side and also specify the scale of measurement .
