Dear Friends,

I have being a part of this portal from last 3-4 months.I have seen topic's like wrong usage of grammer,Training.....Feels good that so many people or professionals share there knowledge.

But It's quiet sad to see.So many of the post are just written or started just like that.

What I meant to say is ?

. The Question asked by individuals are not stated properly.

. Before asking question, its very imp to know if you yourself have done home work on it? Have you done an Google search for seeking an answer ?

. Just written something irrelevant to Increase the number post that you have written ?

. Many of the question are so stupid.....or Ambiguous ?

We all have this habit right from the college/school times.....Asking question to test the teacher or to show the whole class that we are smart.....Like asking correct definitions of some words ....Can't we do a search in the dictionary before...we try to take test of our teacher.....

May be this has now become an habit for us... \which we will take to our corporate life too !

Asking stupid question during an important B2B sales meeting Like Are you the decision maker ? :).Will you give business to me ?

TEACHERS are there to give example, share there best practices....and not to answer of questions...Who’s answers are available on net or books or it just requires simple Google search to be done ? ????

> Also,I feel sad about different Soft skills training vendors and freelance trainer...Who share there company details or there profile....to question that do not require there corporate profiles. My request to such training or vendors...kindly,upload or give your profile only to those posts ...who have asked for it and not for every post without it being relevant to the questions ?

If we have to really learn and upgrade ourself

" IN LIFE SOMETIMES ..... IT NOT ABOUT GIVING THE - RIGHT ANSWER ..

BUT ASKING THE - RIGHT QUESTIONS... "

Warm Regards,

Manmeet Barve

Also....if some can share an presentation on QUESTIONING SKILLS..... Warm Regards, Manmeet Barve
Dear Sir,
No matter how right u r as far as your opinions r concern abt this site.
But I seriously feel that u need to take some rest and break from ur proffessional life.
So that u can take things lightly and also can increase positive attitute without taking much load.
Only thing I would like to say is RELAX! Dont feel that entire world's respnsibility is on your shoulders.
Take care.

Hi Manmeet
U r absolutley right? Sometime we ask questions just to make impression on other.
It is true and correct that before asking any question we must twice.
Thanks for making us familier with a new work i.e.QUESTIONING SKILLS.
