I'm looking for a good training manual to assist me in the development of a good training programme to help people with improving the quality of voice and speech production. can anyone recommend any good training guides on this?

I'm putting together a two day course and I'd love a training manual that would give an idea on content and activities. At the end of this module, participants should be able to:
•Analyze their voice, dialect, and range
•Enhance their oral communication skills
•Identify and release the physical/emotional blocks to effective vocal expression
•Exercise the articulators and produce words that are clearly delivered
•Deepen their understanding of, and relationship to the emotional content of words and text
•Interpret the International Phonetic Alphabet
•Utilize the skills acquired to speak with vocal clarity, articulation, and projection
Any good trainer's manual on this you could recommend?
