Esi applicability problem....senior pl help .urgent
Dear senior please if you can help meesi applicability problem. my company is having 3 production unit .registration office is at baroda and there we have 0ne production unit wherin all workers of these unit are under esianother two unit is 35kms away from registration officebarodathe workers working are from barodawe have arrange bus service for two and fro services. the problem is that the two unit which are organized by head of baroda which is 35 kms away there esi application is not there. my confusion is if registration office is at baroda then according to me these two unit must be covered.so please guide and make me clear.so i can work for esi benifit for two unit workers also.
How to get rid of pf/esic applicability on manufacturing unit? present number of employees reduced to 10 and also when a unit is closed since past two years or more?
Hello everyone thanks for reading my query facts are as: 1. due to unavoidable circumstances my unit was closed two years ago and still closed. 2. number of employees sanctioned are 100. 3. maximum number of employees during past 7 years less than ten. is it possible that we get an exemption from or get rid of pf applicability on our unit? please help thanks sk jain

Dear seniors now am working in tamilnadu it is an garment manufacturing unit now we planing to start an sub unit that is embroidery division. there are only 5 employees working now. my doubt is do i want to register with if esi & pf. because i know a factory having more then 10 or 20 employees are applicable for both if esi & pf.. now what i have to do..? there is any law will affect the running of the factory..? else need suggestion to do better legally.. looking for your valuable suggestions.. thanks & regards naveen .r

Dear all i am working in fmcg sector and typically in manfacuring loaction with generalist hr profile. my management wants to initate reward & recoginition policy for all permanenet employees and workers. they want me to start with best employee of the unit and best worker of the unit. since i have worked on performance parameter for production unit viz production wastage and productivity alongwith their absent. since the operation of particular unit is very large they do not have data on such parameter. data building takes long time. and without taking objectivity into policy we shall not reach to objective of policy. otherwise that will lead into dissatisfaction amonng team. hence i seek your help how start with the simple parameter to enable me to declare best employee or best worker of the unit. skill sets of employee & workers are vary. and wish u all happly & safe dipawali. regards mehul 093270 88061
